Volunteer with Heads Up! Hartford

We rely on our network of trained, caring, and enthusiastic volunteers (18+) to create unforgettable experiences for our campers each summer. Former campers are able to serve as counselors 1 year after their high school graduation - a camper who graduates high school in 2026 will be available to serve as a counselor in 2027. 

Applications are open for 2026 full-time volunteer camp counselor positions.
